Food Safety is paramount to Peer Foods. In addition to our excellent HACCP program, our exceptional day-to-day Standard Operating Procedures ensure food safety. To guarantee the integrity of our products, we routinely evaluate them using both internal and external sources. Rapid microbial assessments are used internally for immediate results while independent laboratories are utilized for external testing. We have also teamed with some of the best food laboratories in the country to guarantee our emphasis on the latest food safety issues and solutions.
