Product is fully cooked. Pre-heat conventional oven to 325 F. Cover with foil and place on rack in roasting pan. Roast for 60-75 minutes or until internal temperature exceeds 140 degrees F. Allow to rest in a warm place for 15-20 minutes prior to slicing.

Cover with foil. Place in steamer. Steam for 15-20 minutes. Allow to rest before slicing.

Turkey can be sliced into thick or thin slices and then heated by either immersing briefly in simmering neutral or chicken stock, lightly salted water, or by placing on a perforated steamer pan and steaming for 30-45 seconds.
