This ham is fully cooked. To warm this product for service: first pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F., remove ham from plastic bag, cover with foil and warm to
more than 140 degrees F (approximately 90 minutes). Allow ham to rest for 15 - 20 minutes in a warm place before serving.

A pit ham carving rack is designed to hold the ham for carving on a buffet. The narrow end of the tear drop shape should be placed in the rack. The ham is boneless and can be carved top to bottom across the ham, with little to no waste.
