Sausages are best cooked by first defrosting them overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat griddle to 325 degrees F. Place sausage directly on griddle. Cook for approximately 8 minutes. Turn sausage often to brown thoroughly. Place in perforated pan on wire rack to drain and hold for service.

Pan on sheet trays, leave space between sausages to allow for browning. Bake in preheated 325 degree F. convection oven for 8-10 minutes, or until brown. Drain grease carefully. Place in perforated pan or on wire rack to hold for service.

Deep frying is not recommended as the salt from the sausages will deteriorate your frying medium, and the frying oil may add unwanted flavors to the sausage.
