Seasoned with: spices, dextrose, salt, dehydrated vegetable (onion, celery, carrot, bell pepper), garlic powder, orange peel, natural mesquite smoke flavor, parsley, natural flavor (maltodextrin, flavor from cottonseed & soybean oil, modified corn starch, corn syrup solids), soybean oil & silica gel.
BBQ Sauce: High fructose corn syrup, vinegar, tomato paste, modified food starch, salt, pineapple juice concentrate, natural smoke flavor, spices, caramel, sodium benzoate as a preservative, molasses, corn syrup, garlic, sugar, tamarind, natural flavor.

Grill Method - from frozen condition:
|
In boiling water, place the sealed package of frozen half slab of ribs for five (5) minutes. Next, remove the sealed package and clip the end of the bag and remove the rib. Do not discard the packaging, sauce will remain in the bag, which may be used to baste the rib. Place the rib on the mesquite grill, approximately two (2) minutes/side. This procedure will permit the sauce to caramelize and permit the heat to sear grill marks on the ribs.

Place sealed package of rib in microwave for two (2) minutes. Remove from microwave, cut open the end of the package, remove rib and place on mesquite grill. Re-therm the rib for two (2) minutes per side. Baste the rib with the remaining sauce from the package.
