This product is fully cooked. Cut into chops with knife between and/or along the rib bones. Serve a single or double chop.

For serving individual pork chops, place on 350 degree F. griddle for approximately 20-30 seconds for each side.

On preheated grill or broiler grill, mark the show side and cook for a total of one minute.

Volume Oven or Steamer Production:

Cover with foil for oven cooking. Chops can be pre-cut and place on sheet trays and then warmed to an internal temperature of more than 140 degrees F. for service.
Best results for volume production: Warm whole loin slowly in oven until internal temperature of 135-140 degrees F. is reached. Then for service, cut your portion (either single or double chop) and either grill mark on grill/broiler or add surface heat via grille, sauté, oven, etc.
