Ingredients
Griddling:
Preheat griddle to 350 degrees F.  Place directly on griddle.  Turn often, cook until bacon is golden brown. 5 minutes for the 18/23 and 22/26 count and 6 minutes for the 13/17 count.
Microwave Oven:
Place 3 slices of bacon on paper towel or paper plate and cover with paper towels.  Microwave for 1 minute.
