Ingredients
When panning our hotel style bacon, do not let it become warm.  Bacon will stretch and you will not get consistent results.  Overlap slices by 1/3 with the fat portion of the slice covering the lean.
Griddling:
Preheat griddle to 350 degrees F.  Place directly on griddle.  Turn often, cook until bacon is golden brown. 5 minutes for the 18/22 and 22/26 count and 6 minutes for the 14/18 count.
Convection Baking:
Preheat oven to 325F-350degrees F.  Place parchment paper directly on sheet trays - 3 sheets per tray.  1 tray will need to be cooked for 6 minutes and 4 trays will take 10-12 minutes.
Microwave Oven:
Place 3 slices of bacon on paper towel or paper plate and cover with paper towels.  Microwave for 1 minute.
