we partner with only the best suppliers to provide premium raw materials. To ensure quality from our suppliers,
we have implemented a Vendor Scoring System.
In addition to our excellent Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point
(HACCP) program, our exceptional daily self-directed Sanitation
Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMP) programs far exceed industry standard levels. To guarantee
the integrity of our products, we routinely evaluate them using
both internal and external sources. Rapid microbial assessments
are used internally for immediate results while independent laboratories
are utilized for external testing. We are also regularly audited
by numerous customers and have been recognized for our commitment
to food safety excellence.
